We provide high-quality streaming, offline downloading, and premium entertainment content to Indian viewers, with strict measures in place to avoid any copyright infringement while delivering movies and web series to our users. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement allegations, counter-notifications, and key information for users.

1. Service Nature & Copyright Compliance

In simplest terms, Flixfox operates as a movie search engine, where content is hosted by third parties. We eliminate the need for users to navigate multiple sites to find content, while proactively taking all reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works. Our core commitment is to comply with the DMCA and the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and we take copyright infringement allegations seriously.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification Requirements

To file a formal copyright infringement notification, you must provide the following information (pursuant to DMCA 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

(1) An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

(2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by one notification, provide a representative list of such works;

(3) Clear identification of the allegedly infringing material (or the subject of infringing activity) that needs to be removed or to which access needs to be disabled, along with reasonably sufficient information (including contact details) to allow our team to locate and address the material promptly;

3. Infringement Notification Processing

Upon receipt of a detailed, valid infringement notification, we will verify the information, confirm receipt of your notification within 48 hours, and initiate an investigation immediately. We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content and make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who submitted the content, allowing them to file a counter-notification (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §§ 512g(2) and (3)).

We promptly process and investigate all notices of alleged infringement by third parties and take appropriate actions in compliance with the DMCA. Upon receiving a DMCA-compliant notice, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, as well as any references or links to such material or activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Flixfox upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint (in accordance with DMCA rules and Indian copyright law), without any liability for non-compliance with such provisions.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or access to it was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification including the following information:

(1) Your full contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);

(2) Clear identification of the material that was removed and its exact location on Flixfox prior to removal;

(3) A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;

(4) Your consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts and your willingness to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

If the claimant does not reject the counter-notification within 14 business days of our receipt, we will forward the counter-notification to the claimant and reinstate the disputed content within 10 to 14 business days.

5. Liability Disclaimer & User Responsibilities

Flixfox shall not be liable in any way for content provided by third-party providers. While we do not directly monitor user comments, we reserve the right to remove any posts that violate our Terms of Service, at our discretion.

By using Flixfox (compatible with Android 6.0 and above), you agree not to share, publish, distribute, stream, or reproduce any copyrighted material without the explicit consent of the respective rights holders.
