Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Flixfox, an entertainment streaming platform available on Android devices 6.0 or higher, specifically designed for Indian users. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Flixfox—including streaming content, using offline download features, or accessing HD quality playback—you consent to and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree to any of these provisions, immediately discontinue use of Flixfox.

1. Grant of Limited License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flixfox for private, non-commercial use only. This license includes access to core functionalities such as multi-language subtitle support, adaptive streaming, content downloading for offline viewing, and access to live TV channels and sporting events.

Any commercial use of Flixfox is strictly prohibited without our explicit written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, public display, distribution, reselling, or commercialization of Flixfox content, as well as any commercial exploitation of the platform’s services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Flixfox responsibly and refrain from all prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

(1) Altering, reverse-engineering, hacking, or interfering with Flixfox’s code or security features;

(2) Copying, distributing, or pirating copyrighted content available on the platform without obtaining proper permission from the respective rights holders;

(3) Transmitting any material that is illegal under Indian law, offensive, harmful, or defamatory in any form;

(4) Accessing Flixfox using unauthorized modified versions, third-party connection tools, scripts, pirated APKs, or modifying the official Flixfox UI design or overlaying advertisements for commercial purposes;

(5) Circumventing technological restrictions on satellite frequencies used for binding video channels.

3. Content Ownership & Usage Restrictions

All content available on Flixfox—including movies, TV shows, sports, and other media—belongs to their respective copyright holders. Flixfox merely provides access to this content for viewing purposes and does not grant you any ownership rights to any material on the platform.

Downloaded content may only be played offline within the Flixfox app and may not be shared, distributed, or saved outside of the app. We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked from Flixfox; you access such links at your own discretion and risk.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Flixfox is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee a permanent free service, nor do we ensure that all content will play smoothly on the app. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features, content, or the entire platform at any time, with or without notice.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from your use of Flixfox (including but not limited to buffering issues, content unavailability, or device malfunctions). By using Flixfox, you assume all risks associated with its use.

5. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to Flixfox, or any portion of its services, at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable Indian laws. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using Flixfox and delete all downloaded content from your devices.

Provisions related to copyright, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of your access to Flixfox.

6. General Provisions & Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of Flixfox.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will take effect upon publication on our platform, and your continued use of Flixfox following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For any questions or concerns, please contact our support desk.
